Our Story

Founded in 2009 in Yongkang, Zhejiang Province — the heart of China's stainless steel drinkware industry — HongMing started as a small workshop with a vision to produce the best insulated tumblers for the global market.

Today, we operate two production facilities under the HongMing and Yichuan brands, offering a combined catalog of 100+ product models. Our products are exported to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

What sets us apart is our commitment to quality, flexibility, and speed. We invest in advanced vacuum insulation technology, UV printing equipment, and powder coating lines to deliver products that meet the highest international standards — FDA, LFGB, CE, and BSCI certified.

Our Production Process

Raw Material

18/8 (304) or 316L food-grade stainless steel coils, 0.4-0.6mm thickness, sourced from certified mills

Stamping

Hydraulic deep-draw press forming inner & outer walls to precise dimensions (±0.1mm tolerance)

Welding

Automated argon arc (TIG) welding for seamless, food-safe joints. No lead solder.

Vacuum Sealing

Double-wall vacuum extraction at 10⁻³ Pa. Copper plating inner wall for 30% better thermal retention.

Surface Finish

Electrostatic powder coating (200°C bake), UV/silk screen/laser printing, electropolishing

QC & Packing

100% leak test, vacuum retention test (24h), color & print inspection. OPP/white box/custom box packaging.
