What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces for custom printing orders. Custom colors and fully custom molds start at 500 pieces. We keep it accessible for corporate gift buyers, promotional companies, and small brands testing the market.
How fast can you produce custom tumblers?
Custom printing orders take 3-7 business days depending on the printing method and design complexity. Simple single-color prints ship in 3 days; full-wrap sublimation or multi-color UV prints take 5-7 days. Stock samples ship within 2-3 days.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer 7 printing methods: sublimation (full-wrap 360° photo-quality), UV digital printing (full-color on any surface), laser engraving (permanent, premium feel), heat transfer, water transfer (complex patterns), paint transfer, and single-color silk screen. Each method suits different designs, budgets, and durability requirements.
Which printing method is best for my project?
For full-color photos or all-over patterns, choose sublimation or UV printing. For a premium, long-lasting look, laser engraving is ideal — it never fades or peels. For simple logos on a budget, single-color silk screen is the most cost-effective. For complex curved patterns, water transfer or paint transfer work best. We can recommend the right method based on your design — just send us your artwork.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes, we can match any Pantone color for powder coating, spray painting, and gradient finishes. We produce a color sample for your approval before bulk production. Pantone matching is available from 200 pieces.
Do you offer white-label / neutral packaging?
Yes. We can ship with neutral packaging (no Hongming branding), your custom branded boxes, or Amazon FBA-ready packaging. Custom gift boxes are available from 500 pieces.
What is the typical production lead time for large orders?
For orders above 500 pieces, production takes 15-25 days after sample approval and deposit. Rush orders can be arranged for an additional fee. Smaller custom printing orders (100-500 pcs) ship within 3-7 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically work with 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Payment via T/T, PayPal, or L/C. For orders under $3,000, we can accept full payment upfront via PayPal for faster processing.
